Avalon Investment is a Los Angeles area real estate development and property management firm established in 1971.

Based in Los Feliz, California, Avalon specializes in the acquisition, construction, leasing and management of industrial and office buildings.  Our industrial and office buildings are professionally maintained, attractively priced and in excellent locations.

Avalon is focused on green building principles and recently completed the first ever purpose-built LEED-certified industrial development in the Santa Clarita Valley. Additionally, Avalon seeks to repurpose and adaptively reuse unique buildings for new tenants. Avalon identifies and develops projects that incorporate the most state-of-the-art construction technologies to make our buildings eco friendly and tenant friendly too.

Avalon Investment strives to be a hands-on and flexible property manager. We emphasize strong, personal relationships with each of our tenants. As a family run small business, we can provide creative solutions to support the needs of our tenants.

Founded by Jonathan Cookler, Avalon has pursued deals throughout Los Angeles County from Vernon to Valencia. In 2008, Weston Cookler joined the firm as Vice President in charge of the property management division.

Jonathan has an MBA and JD from UCLA. Weston, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, earned his Masters of Real Estate degree at USC in 2012.
